1. Software Subscriptions
Free Trial
We offer free trial versions of our software products so you can evaluate them before purchasing. We strongly recommend using the trial before subscribing.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the software has not been extensively used. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future renewal.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (face swap packs, creative add-ons, AI credits, templates), all sales of digital items are final once the product has been downloaded or activated.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using a digital product, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
3. Hardware Products
Returns
Hardware products (photo booth kiosks, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Defective Products
If you receive a defective hardware product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. How to Request a Refund
