This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from Activation King, including photo booth kiosks, hardware accessories, and related equipment.

1. Digital Products

Software subscriptions, face swap packs, creative add-ons, AI credits, and other digital products are delivered instantly via email and your account dashboard. No physical shipping is required.

2. Processing Time

Hardware orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-built or made-to-order products (such as branded kiosks) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or your Activation King account dashboard.

6. Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact our support team and we will investigate and work toward a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. Reshipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.
