What is the lead time and how does shipping work?
Each kiosk is built to order. Typical production is 2 to 3 weeks, then it ships fully assembled in a padded hard case. We ship worldwide; customs and duties are calculated at your destination.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Base is the full-metal kiosk body with the 32" multi-touch display and AI Photo Booth Pro license, ready for your own PC and camera. Digital adds a high-performance PC, Windows license, Canon DSLR and a professional flash set. Professional adds a Citizen industrial printer, a 750-print paper and cartridge set, and a wireless keyboard for a turnkey setup.
Does the camera and printer ship inside the kiosk?
Yes. On the Digital and Professional packages the Canon 1300D DSLR is pre-mounted behind the one-way mirror and the Citizen CY-02 printer (Professional only) is installed in the printer drawer. Everything arrives wired, calibrated and ready to run.
Does the software license renew, and is there an auto-charge?
The kiosk includes a 1-year AI Photo Booth Pro license with updates. It is a one-time hardware purchase with no auto-charge: nothing is billed automatically when the year ends. You can renew the license separately if you want to keep new features coming.
What is covered by warranty and support?
Every kiosk ships with 1 year of 24/7 support covering hardware faults and software setup. We help you get the first event running and stay reachable for troubleshooting throughout the year.
Will it work in my country and can I custom-wrap it?
The kiosk runs on universal 110 to 240V power, so it works on any grid worldwide. The metal body is built for branding: send us your artwork and we can produce a custom vinyl wrap, or use the included branding templates to match your studio.
